Reid’s journey in technology sales started back in 1999 when mainframes were still a popular platform. Over the last 20+ years, Reid has held various roles with Pre-IPO/startup companies to well-established organizations managing enterprise customers to large territories. Reid holds certifications focused on sales techniques and tactic to technology products. Reid came from the Cisco team and comes to R2 with an extensive background with various Cisco technologies and sales tactics.
Reid’s motto is plain and simple “treat people the way you want to be treated, with honesty and integrity.” Reid sticks to this motto in not only his professional life but his personal life. Reid stays very active with his many affiliations in the community including Feeding South Florida, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Gilda’s Club South Florida, Westminster Academy, Cardinal Gibbons, Christ Church and Parkway United Methodist Church – feeding the homeless. Reid Houston enjoys spending time with his family and friends boating, fishing, traveling and all things sports-related…GO FSU! He is married to his wife Lauren for 22 years who is his college sweetheart together they have 2 teenagers and 2 four-legged kids.
