R2 is looking for a Business Development Representative that is eager and excited to either expand or kick off their sales career. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
We are seeking a BDR to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams to work leads, as well as bring self-sourced new customer wins. BDR’s generate discovery meetings through cold calls, sending emails, and leading high-level discovery calls with prospects. The ultimate goal is to book sales appointments that eventually turn into legitimate sales opportunities. The BDR will be responsible for new account acquisition, achieving new client targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within our current and emerging markets. Important activities include getting to decision makers through cold calling, conducting in person meetings, attending trade specific events and leveraging social media channels.
