This role will be responsible for supporting multiple collaboration and productivity tools and services including but not limited to Cisco Collaboration, WebEx Calling and Microsoft Teams Calling. The team member will be expected to interact with customers, peers, vendors, and partners to complete projects on time and resolve customer issues as per contracted SLAs. The engineer will be responsible for call routing, scripting, configuration and troubleshooting for multiple customer sites.

Possess 5+ years technical experience as a Collaboration Engineer.
Must be proficient in the support and configuration of:
