During his career, Cauley has held various positions throughout the marketing and technology sector including his 15-year role as Chief Operating Officer at Datamyx in Boca Raton. With the sale of Datamyx in late 2015 Cauley took the opportunity to follow his entrepreneurial roots and started investing in startups and high growth businesses. His passion has always been applying process and technology to solve everyday business problems. Cauley understood the unique capabilities that existed at R2 from his time as their customer after Datamyx chose them as their outsourced Managed Services Provider. With R2’s desires to grow inorganically it created the perfect opportunity for Cauley to join the team to help drive their strategic growth activities.
A Florida native, Cauley has spent his life indulging in the beauty of South FL. Now residing in Boca Raton, FL this father of 2 spends his weekends doing anything and everything outdoors with his family. When he isn’t with his children you will find him on his Harley or doing something fitness related. This plant-based yogi has always had a passion for healthy eating and even owned his own meal prep food delivery service.
